It is so scary to see how determined he is , buying LOADS OF LOADS OF FRUITS and low fat milk ... He told me -> Morning & Lunch just 2 fruits servings .
And sufficient water and sleep . Everyday -> Swim + Jog ... And lastly , eat dinner.
One day , he is not exceeding 1000 calories ? OMG . HE is e best . holy . ♥♥

It was supposed to be a " class-outing " --> " Clan-outing " .
But from 6/7 ppl ... Turn into 3/4 ppl -.-"" LOL!
Catch a movie w jeff , tingting & later , Josh (He watched for 30mins only? LOL!)
OMG . I love stupid show ! HAHAHA !.
( IM a fan of SCARY MOVIE {Stupid show} ) So i like Pandora Box {Chi movie} ~!

Watched movie , Eat pepper lunch (Jeff's 1st time >< !) and accompanied Josh to mac .. LOL ... Such a short day . But , yeah , great day too .

It was a fun and scary day ! HAHA .
Rent dvd w Jos , Jiale , ting & Belle at Vista pt and bought some tibits.



Went to my house and watched e disc we rented ... OMG .
I could say , this show is VERY SCARY AND MEMORABLE -.- but a shit movie.
- Creepy Hide & Seek .
( For 2 days , i've been dreaming about the FACE and the TALL MAN , damn it )
The images just couldn't get rid from my mind .
And we watched some other scary movies like - Wishing stairs & wadever scary camp movie . HAHA ... It was creepy and "hair-standing" (毛站 =3 !) ..

After movie , jos & jiale went home.
Jeff came , (So left ting , belle , jeff & I) ...
We played " 5,10,15 .. " and forfeit was to drink 40% volka >.<!
GROSS . Awful drink ;x LOL! And Belle was so drank that she vomited ?
(I was so guilty to invite her to my house and made her drunk >:{ !)
